We know how daunting technology can be, so we have built the business from the ground up to offer a simple, no nonsense service. We are contactable via our online helpdesk 24/7, and typically respond within 2 hours during normal office hours. 

Evidence shows that when you jot down an issue, rather than just verbalising it, the outcomes are better. You are more likely to articulate the issue more precisely when you write it and this will allow us to resolve your query. 

Everybody within the business is involved in support. We took this decision as we wanted the whole team to get exposure to the issues that local authorities face. This helps us to deliver better solutions.

To keep the cost of AdviceAid as low as possible, we have streamlined the support process.

Communicating via email allows you (and us) to have a complete history of the problem.
