Your username is your work email address.
Eg. firstname.lastname@epicforect.gov.uk
Some users have multiple email addresses, so it is important to use the email address that you first registered with AdviceAid. If you are unsure which email address you have first registered with, talk to your team administrator as they should be able to check your details.
